I am a financial services professional and business leader with over two decades of experience in banking, insurance, business growth, and financial advisory. My career began in 2002 in the banking sector, where I pioneered the country’s first corporate banking call centre, setting a new benchmark for client service in the financial sector.

Since then, my journey has spanned corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development. I have led at scale, managing 12 companies, 15 managers, and more than 150 staff in a multi-sector business group that included retail, property, entertainment, and financial services.

I was also honoured to serve as Project Manager for Namibia’s first CAF African Women’s Football Championship, overseeing 12 managers and coordinating 365 cast members to deliver a world-class opening ceremony.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

As the founder of Rinascita Financial Brokers, I focus on:

• Tax support for individuals

• Debt management solutions to help clients regain financial control

• SME commercial loan brokerage, enabling businesses to access growth finance

Currently, I am building Namibia’s first Debt Bootcamp Program, a structured, scalable approach to help individuals and families overcome debt challenges, while providing financial literacy, resilience, and hope.

My mission is to empower individuals, advisers, and businesses in Namibia to rise above challenges, embrace growth, and build lasting financial security.
