I am currently working as a Financial Adviser at Sanlam Namibia, with over seven years of experience in the insurance industry. I am highly interested in becoming a valuable asset in a Scale Operator role, where I can contribute my experience, skills, and industry knowledge. Over the years, I have travelled extensively across the Omaheke region, educating communities and providing insurance solutions tailored to their needs. More recently, I have also been the face of MNC campaigns, promoting new products and engaging directly with clients. I am fluent in Otjiherero, English, and Afrikaans, which allows me to connect effectively with diverse audiences.

I am an optimistic, dynamic, and highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. I am capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, applying sound judgement in problem-solving and decision-making, and thinking creatively to achieve results. My experience with Sanlam Namibia and Old Mutual Namibia has equipped me with a strong understanding of the investment and insurance landscape, operating within the regulatory framework governed by NAMFISA. I have developed the ability to analyse financial information, compile reports, and guide clients in making informed investment decisions. I am also skilled in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and leveraging marketing materials to effectively promote products and services.

In addition, I am comfortable working in time-sensitive, market-driven environments and have a solid understanding of accounting, business management, economics, insurance, intellectual property, pension funds, investments, and marketing. I am a self-driven and reliable professional with strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, and I work well both independently and as part of a team.

I have completed Compliance Management at the University of Cape Town and am currently registered for Sales Management at the same institution to further enhance my expertise and remain relevant in the financial services industry.
