I joined SanlamAllianz because I wanted to be part of an organisation that genuinely values people and their futures. Even back then, SanlamAllianz stood out for its integrity, its commitment to financial wellbeing, and its strong presence in communities. I knew I wanted to build a career where I could make a real difference, and SanlamAllianz felt like the right place to do that. 

Over the years, my role has grown from simply offering products to really becoming a partner in my clients’ lives. Today, the work goes far beyond numbers, it’s about helping people navigate big decisions, preparing them for uncertainty, and guiding them through different life stages. Technology, changing markets, and new financial needs have all shaped my approach, making my role more dynamic and holistic than ever.

My philosophy is simple: listen first, guide second. Every person’s financial journey is unique, so I focus on understanding their goals, concerns, and values before offering any advice. Trust, transparency, and long-term thinking form the foundation of how I work. Long-term relationships are built through consistency and genuine care. I stay present, I communicate openly, and I make sure clients know they can rely on me, not just during major milestones, but in the everyday moments too. Over time, that steady support naturally grows into deep, lasting trust.

What I enjoy most is seeing the impact of the work. Watching clients reach goals they once thought were out of reach, or knowing I helped ease someone’s worries, that never gets old. After more than two decades, the human side of this career is still incredibly rewarding. I see myself continuing to guide clients with the same dedication, but with even more experience and insight behind me. The financial world is always changing, and I plan to stay adaptable, informed, and accessible. My goal is to keep helping clients make confident decisions and to remain a steady, trusted presence in their financial lives.
